1. Purpose and scope

These Terms of Sale govern every sale of products made through the Mymonoe online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms without reservation. They complement the Terms of Service.

2. Seller

Products are sold by Mymonoe, a trading name of mymonoe, 8 allée theophile gautier. Full identification details are given in the Legal Notice.

3. Products

We sell food supplements. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page. Please read the product page, the recommended use and any precautions before ordering.

4. Prices

Prices are shown on the product pages in the currency displayed in the store. Applicable taxes are indicated during checkout. Shipping costs are added before payment and shown before you confirm the order. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. Orders

You select your products, review your basket, enter your delivery and billing details, and confirm payment. The sale is final once we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, an obvious pricing error, a payment problem or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full when the order is placed, through the payment methods offered at checkout ([list of accepted payment methods — e.g. cards, PayPal, Shop Pay]). Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; Mymonoe does not store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery times, zones and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Stated timeframes are estimates. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a person designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

8. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement of your decision (you may use the model form below) before the 14-day period expires. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method, and we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

Important exception: by law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. This applies to food supplements whose seal has been opened. Independently of this statutory rule, Mymonoe offers a more generous 30-day satisfaction guarantee — see the Refund & Return Policy.

9. Model withdrawal form

10. 30-day satisfaction guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, Mymonoe offers a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The conditions are set out in the Refund & Return Policy.

11. Legal warranties

Consumers benefit from the statutory warranties provided by applicable law, including the legal guarantee of conformity. These warranties apply independently of any commercial guarantee.

12. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to automatic refills, your chosen products are sent and charged at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before the next billing date from your account or by contacting us. [Delete this section if Mymonoe does not offer subscriptions]

13. Liability and force majeure

Mymonoe is liable for the proper performance of the contract under the conditions set by applicable law. We are not liable for failures caused by an event of force majeure or beyond our reasonable control.

14. Dispute resolution

In case of a complaint, please first contact our customer service. If no solution is found, consumers in the EU may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also contact a consumer mediator: [name and contact of the consumer mediator, if applicable].

15. Governing law
